Doesn’t need to be a veggie burger…a green drink idea!

Green Drink

Greens help keep things ‘moving’, make our skin glow, and make us feel fuller.

This green smoothie as your breakfast tomorrow morning:
-1 cup water
-1 cup canned organic full-fat coconut milk
-large handful of greens (spinach is my fave)
-handful of fresh or frozen berries
-1/2 banana
-2 Tablespoons chia seeds
-2 Tablespoons of your favorite raw nut butter
-clean plant protein powder (optional)
